Terms & Conditions 1 Web Based Sales Pet Cages Ltd shall only sell via this website to persons requiring delivery to UK mainland addresses. 2 Delivery All prices quoted from the web site include the delivery charge to addresses within the UK mainland. Pet Cages Ltd shall make its best efforts to deliver to the customer within 28 days of receipt of order. Should we fail to deliver the goods to the customer successfully within that time we will refund monies in 14 working days on receipt of request from the customer. Pet Cages Ltd must be advised of goods damaged in transit within 7 working days, from the day after goods have been received. No claims for damaged goods or missing parts or other errors will be recognised unless written notice thereof is given to Pet Cages Ltd. This can either be through the post to Pet Cages Ltd, 'Sales Office', 24 Dovedale Road, Leicester, LE2 2DJ or email customers@petcages.co.uk. 3 Title of Goods The title (ownership) of any and all goods ordered through this web site by a customer from Pet Cages Ltd shall remain with Pet Cages Ltd until the full purchase price has been received and cleared by Pet Cages Ltd. 4 Legal Contract Contracts relating to the sale of goods from this website shall be deemed to be undertaken under English law. 5 Cancellation The customer may cancel a contract, if goods are "unwanted" within 7 working days from the day after goods have been received. This must be in writing via post to Pet Cages Ltd, 'Order Cancellation', 24 Dovedale Road, Leicester, LE2 2DJ or email customers@petcages.co.uk. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box and at the customers expense. A full refund will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Pet Cages Ltd can arrange collection of the unwanted item(s) on the customers behalf and the cost will be deducted from the refund due. 6 Faulty Goods If the goods sent are faulty or different from those ordered Pet Cages Ltd will arrange for a replacement to be sent within 7 working days or if requested by the customer a full refund within 7 working days. 7 Products Pet Cages Ltd will always deliver your colour choice when ever possible. We can not guarantee however your colour choice on some of our cages. If you have any questions regarding this or if you wish to contact us in respect of a particular cage(s) and colours available please email us at customers@petcages.co.uk. 8 Complaints All complaints need to be in writing to Pet Cages Ltd, Customer Services, 24 Dovedale Road, Leicester, LE2 2DJ or customers@petcages.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days. Pet Cages Ltd will process the customer's complaint as quickly as possible and keep the customer informed throughout the process. The above do not effect your statutory rights. |
