If you require a delivery overseas please contact us for a quotation for shipping costs.

Goods (except parrot cages) are despatched and delivered usually within 5-7 working days.  Some items may take longer but customers will be advised of this by email if this applies to their order.  For goods out of stock, parrot cages and for specialist items please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Hi, 
  My name is Paula Smith, i ordered the M2 parrot cage from you last week.
  It was delivered this morning and i am thrilled with it... i managed to put it up myself (although i am sure this should be a 2 man job... lol i am only 5'2") and it looks great and is very sturdy.
